Jason Greenfield dedicates his practice to representing employers and management in labor and employment litigation and counseling, addressing matters involving discrimination, harassment, and wage-and-hour claims from pre-suit negotiation through final disposition. He litigates and defends cases in state and federal courts brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and Title VII. Jason also counsels clients on employment-related issues such as employee hiring, termination and discipline.
