Kris E. Lawrence is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on defending a wide range of general liability matters from inception through trial. He represents businesses and their insurers in general liability, premises liability, product liability, motor vehicle, and employment matters. Kris is also highly experienced in all areas of insurance defense litigation, including motion, trial and appellate practice. In addition to trying cases across New York State, he has handled matters through mediation and arbitration. Kris regularly advises clients in various business matters, and has also written and presented seminars in the areas of general liability, and automobile and homeowners’ insurance coverage and litigation.
