Experience
Kyung Jae Han concentrates his practice on workers’ compensation claims, counseling and defending insurers, employers, and third-party administrators. In addition to managing depositions, hearings, settlement conferences, and appeals, Kyung Jae regularly provides thought leadership, keeping clients up to date on changes in workers’ compensation law throughout New York State. He draws on experience handling New York Labor Law, product liability, and toxic tort matters as well.
