Experience
Marina S. De Rosa maintains a focus on workers’ compensation matters, serving employers, insurers, and third-party administrators. She handles all aspects of the claims process from inception through resolution. Marina draws on experience representing clients in various complex commercial litigation matters including construction and surety claims and litigation, performance and payment bond claims and defaults, extra work and indemnification disputes, mechanic’s liens, and delay damages. She was engaged in preparation of pleadings and legal memoranda, motion practice, document discovery, and deposition preparation.
While in law school, Marina was an Associate Editor for the Journal of Science and Technology and a member of the Travis H.D. Lewin Advocacy Honor Society. As a member of the Trial Division of the Advocacy Honor Society, Marina competed in the Tournament of Champions and placed first in the Region with her partner at the 2021 National Trial Competition.
