Goldberg Segalla added Marina S. De Rosa to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Rochester.

Marina maintains a focus on workers’ compensation matters, serving employers, insurers, and third-party administrators. She handles all aspects of the claims process from inception through resolution. Marina draws on experience representing clients in various complex commercial litigation matters including construction and surety claims and litigation, performance and payment bond claims and defaults, extra work and indemnification disputes, mechanic’s liens, and delay damages. She was engaged in preparation of pleadings and legal memoranda, motion practice, document discovery, and deposition preparation.

Marina earned her B.S. from Florida State University and her J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law.
