Matthew Bussin focuses his practice on the defense and counsel of employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in Workers’ Compensation claims. He manages every stage of the process, from initial evaluation of a claim through resolution. In addition to Workers’ Compensation defense, Matt has also represented claimants in Workers’ Compensation matters, pursuing claims through Final Merits Hearings. His practice has also included complex business litigation.

While attending law school, Matt gained experience as a law clerk, managing personal injury cases, drafting opening and closing statements, direct and cross examinations of witnesses, and meeting with expert witnesses.
