Matthew M. Nietschke concentrates his practice on counseling and defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators before the California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and other venues across the state. He an accomplished litigator with more than 10 years of experience representing clients in personal injury, real estate, contract, and labor issues in appellate, federal, and superior courts across Southern California. Matt oversees trial preparation and evidence gathering in preparation for trials, mediation, and arbitration, and is responsible for case strategy as well as the resolution of claims. He also advises and represents corporate clients in acquisitions and other non-litigated matters.
