Michael J. Gervolino focuses his practice on workers’ compensation matters, counseling and defending insurers, employers, and third-party administrators before the New Jersey State Workers’ Compensation Board. His practice includes all stages of the claims process, from the initial evaluation of a claim through resolution. Michael has defended claims and litigated numerous workers’ compensation trials to successful outcomes for his clients.

As a law student, Michael gained experience through various internships, working on workers’ compensation and labor law matters for two private practice firms and as a judicial intern for the Baltimore Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He was also a guest speaker at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine where he lectured on the foundations of civil procedure, including the elements of negligence and the basics of tort law.
