Patrick J. Brazel counsels insurers, employers, and third-party administrators throughout Connecticut on workers’ compensation issues and defends them before the Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Commission. He handles every stage of the litigation process from inception through resolution, including conducting depositions, settlement negotiations, mediations, and preparation of petitions and motions.
