Shane Hoover is a skilled civil litigator known for his proactive and efficient approach to case development, management and resolution. His trial experience includes defending complex personal injury, toxic tort, municipality and insurance matters, representing a range of clients from large businesses to local municipalities in state and federal courts throughout California. Recognized by Super Lawyers as one of their Rising Stars in 2024 and 2025, Shane was called one of San Francisco’s top-rated class action and mass torts attorneys. Before transitioning to civil litigation, Shane built a strong foundation in criminal defense, handling felony and misdemeanor cases in 10 Northern California counties.

Outside the courtroom, Shane continues to serve as a Command Sergeant Major in the U.S. Army Reserve, where he oversees a Battalion unit and is responsible for training, discipline, and combat readiness.
