Experience
Timothy A. Dunbrack has more than 25 years of experience defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation litigation throughout the state of Florida. Tim represents clients at both the trial and appellate levels with a focus on permanent total disability, exposure, and complex compensability claims. His extensive experience includes defending clients in the retail sector, construction industry, and professional employer organizations with a particular focus on medical causation litigation. He has also handled large OCIPs (Owner Controlled Insurance Programs) and CCIPs (Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs) in construction wrap-up matters.
Prior to joining Goldberg Segalla, Tim was the managing partner of a multi-practice business law firm in Orlando for 23 years, where he was in charge of overseeing three practice groups. Tim is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating a lawyer can receive, and indicates a demonstration of the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards.
