Timothy J. Connolly III
Timothy J. Connolly focuses his practice on the defense and counsel of insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in complex workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability claims throughout New York. His practice includes all stages of the workers’ compensation claims process, from the initial evaluation of a claim through defense preparation, witness and expert depositions, and hearings, as well as drafting and negotiating favorable settlements for his clients.
Tim has held a variety of internships in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. He also gained experience as an extern with the Widener University Civil Law Clinic and as a law clerk with the Social Security Administration in the Office of Disability.
