Timothy S. Carr counsels and defends trucking and transportation companies in a variety of liability issues including products liability, premises liability, and automobile liability. Tim draws on his experience as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 company, where he handled complex casualty and employment matters through attorney-to-attorney negotiation, alternate dispute resolution, and trial.
