Albert Joseph Holl is an experienced attorney who concentrates his practice on defending clients in a wide range of product liability, general liability, insurance, and personal injury claims. He has represented major U.S. corporations and large companies in high-exposure, multimillion-dollar cases in both state and federal courts.

Albert oversees his cases from inception through resolution, and he has vast experience negotiating settlements. He has also handled litigation involving breach of warranty and employment and labor issues. His accomplishments include obtaining a defense verdict as lead counsel for a major restaurant chain in an employment discrimination dispute. The case marked Albert’s first jury trial after 17 years as an agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

In every matter, Albert employs the unique skills he developed during his career with the FBI.  He spent the majority of his career in the Bureau’s largest office — in New York — where he specialized in investigating violent drug trafficking organizations. In this role, he helped prepare multiple racketeering cases for trial. In the wake of the September 11th attacks, Albert was transferred to Washington D.C., where he led investigations of Al Qaeda and later served overseas in support of the FBI’s mission in the war on terror. In 2005, Albert was appointed the head of the FBI’s office in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Drawing on his experiences as a foster parent and adoptive dad, Albert has also served as an ad litem attorney for children and has represented foster parents in cases pending in the county courts of Texas. He continues to devote a part of his law practice to pro bono work and advocacy on behalf of children in crisis.
