She handles matters from the inception of a claim through resolution – conducting depositions, hearings, trials, appeals, and settlement negotiations. Allison regularly represents major trucking and transportation companies, multi-unit hotel brands, and leading retailers in the grocery and home improvement sectors. For professional employer organizations (PEOs), Allison defends the client against overall liability and supports them in limiting exposure through litigation.

Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Allison handled all aspects of litigation for a wide range of matters, from real estate disputes and disability cases to insurance coverage and medical malpractice defense.
