Blake W. Dust maintains a focus on workers’ compensation matters, representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators throughout Illinois. He is engaged in all aspects of workers’ compensation claims from inception to trial or settlement, gathering and analyzing medical records and investigative reports, taking depositions, drafting motions, and attending hearings and trials.

Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Blake’s practice included handling pre-judgment and post-judgment litigation matters. While earning his J.D. at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, he served as a student attorney in the school’s Veterans Legal Clinic where he assisted veterans who had been improperly denied benefits or needed a discharge upgrade, researching the facts of their case and developing briefs to be submitted as part of the appeals process.
