Goldberg Segalla added Blake W. Dust to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Chicago.

Blake represents employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout Illinois. He is engaged in all aspects of the claims process from inception to trial or settlement, gathering and analyzing medical records and investigative reports, taking depositions, drafting motions, and attending hearings and trials.

Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Blake’s practice included handling pre-judgment and post-judgment litigation matters. While earning his J.D. at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, he served as a student attorney in the school’s Veterans Legal Clinic where he assisted veterans who had been improperly denied benefits or needed a discharge upgrade, researching the facts of their case and developing briefs to be submitted as part of the appeals process. Blake earned his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
