Goldberg Segalla added Brian Coltin to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Los Angeles.
Brian has focused his practice on workers’ compensation law for more than 14 years. He represents employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in a wide range of claims, including those involving high exposure and fatality. Brian manages all facets of the claims process, from initial file evaluation and case analysis to hearings, witness preparation, medical depositions, and appellate filings. With the goal of driving measurable improvements in his clients’ workers’ compensation programs, Brian conducts settlement evaluations, negotiates resolutions with opposing counsel, and drafts comprehensive settlement agreements. He also provides proactive guidance to employers and collaborates closely with adjusters to develop effective case strategies and streamline claims management.
Brian earned his B.A. from California Lutheran University and his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law.
