Goldberg Segalla added Miranda L. Bane to the firm’s Employment and Labor practice group in San Francisco.
Miranda advocates for clients in all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination and harassment claims under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act. She also defends matters of unpaid wage, minimum wage, overtime, meal/rest period claims and other claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Drawing on more than six years of experience focused on health care defense, Miranda manages all aspects of cases from pre-litigation strategy through resolution – drafting pleading challenges and petitions to compel arbitration, investigating and developing a defense strategy, taking fact and expert depositions, writing and presenting motions and briefs, and motions in limine.
Miranda earned her B.A. from San Francisco State University and her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
