Goldberg Segalla added Aidan Eldridge to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Orange County.

Aidan advises and represents employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims. She is involved throughout all stages of the claims-handling process, from inception through resolution, including evaluating claims, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, preparing petitions and motions, and litigating on the client’s behalf. Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Aidan practiced insurance coverage analysis and litigation, reviewing claim documents and examinations under oath and developing legal recommendations for clients. She also draws from eight years of experience serving as a legal assistant and, later, as a law clerk with a civil litigation defense firm.

Aidan earned her B.S. from the University of California San Diego and her J.D. from the Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law.
