Aidan Eldridge concentrates her practice on workers’ compensation matters, advising and representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims. She is involved throughout all stages of the claims-handling process, from inception through resolution, including evaluating claims, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, preparing petitions and motions, and litigating on the client’s behalf. Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Aidan practiced insurance coverage analysis and litigation, reviewing claim documents and examinations under oath and developing legal recommendations for clients. She also draws from eight years of experience gained while serving as a legal assistant and, later, as a law clerk with a civil litigation defense firm.
