Goldberg Segalla added Dominique T. Marino to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Princeton.

Dominique focuses her practice on workers’ compensation law, representing employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators throughout New Jersey. She handles all aspects of the claims process from inception through resolution including conducting depositions, preparing petitions and motions, and negotiating settlements. While pursuing her Juris Doctorate, Dominique served as a summer associate in an entertainment law firm where she drafted agreements for actors and casting directors, as well as non-disclosure and option purchase agreements. She gained courtroom experience as an intern in the Cape May Prosecutor’s Office, conducting legal research, analyzing statutes and case law, drafting legal memoranda, and observing hearings and other courtroom proceedings.

Dominique earned her B.S. from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
