Experience
Marco Caprioni maintains a focus on workers’ compensation law, representing insurance carriers, employers, and third-party administrators in litigation and negotiations. He is involved in all aspects of the workers’ compensation claims process, from initial evaluation through resolution, including preparing petitions and motions and appearing at hearings, trials and mediations.
While pursuing his Juris Doctorate, Marco served as a law clerk in private practice for multiple workers’ compensation teams. He organized medical records, case files and settlement materials for various claims. He also gained valuable in-house experience working for the U.S. subsidiary of a global IT and cloud transformation provider, where he reviewed contracts and coordinated licensing and compliance efforts. At the Elisabeth Haub School of Law, he was a student clinician for the Fairbridge Investor Rights Clinic and provided assistance to small investors in arbitrations and mediations.
