Louis (Anthony) Montenegro focuses his practice on workers’ compensation matters, counseling and defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. He is involved in all aspects of the claims-handling process, including claim evaluation, discovery, depositions, hearings, and litigation strategy.

Anthony draws on his experience serving in the United States Marine Corps, where he held leadership roles, led a 40-member unit, and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2012. Working in high-pressure environments requiring accountability, discretion, and attention to detail, he developed the discipline, communication skills, and commitment to service that he brings to his work on behalf of clients.
