Experience
Bradford J. Reid focuses his practice on counseling and defending insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators on matters involving workers’ compensation litigation. Brad has significant experience in all phases of workers’ compensation litigation, from investigation through trial, appeal and settlement. This experience allows him to counsel clients on effective strategies for bringing cases to closure as efficiently as possible. Brad also has extensive appellate experience handling workers’ compensation appeals at the New York State Appellate Division, Third Department.
