Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce Esther F. Omoloyin has joined the law firm as an associate in its Princeton office. She is a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group.

Esther represents numerous public and private entities, including insurance carriers, third party administrators, self-insured companies, municipalities, and boards of education, in a wide range of workers’ compensation defense matters. She has significant trial experience, and has successfully handled and litigated numerous cases from inception. In addition, she has successfully investigated and litigated workers’ compensation fraud claims. She appears in every workers’ compensation vicinage in the State of New Jersey.

Esther was a law clerk for the Honorable Paulette Sapp-Peterson in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, Mercer County. During her clerkship, she researched and drafted bench memoranda regarding issues of criminal law, civil law, family law, and workers’ compensation.

While attending Rutgers University School of Law, Esther contributed to the Rutgers Journal of Law and Urban Policy Law Review. She received her bachelor’s of science in accounting from Rutgers, where she served as president of the Education Committee and was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Beta Alpha Psi fraternity.
