Four Practice Groups, Nine Attorneys Recognized in 2026 Chambers USA Guide

Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce that our Commercial Litigation and Arbitration, Construction Litigation and Counsel, Employment and Labor, and Global Insurance Services practice groups have earned rankings in the 2026 Chambers USA Guide. Additionally, partners Christopher J. Belter, David L. Brown, Adam R. Durst, David G. Harris II, Michael A. Hamilton, Jeffrey L. Kingsley, Christopher P. Maugans, Colleen M. Murphy, and David S. Osterman all earned individual rankings in this year’s edition, representing offices in New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.

Commercial Litigation and Arbitration

Goldberg Segalla’s Commercial Litigation and Arbitration practice group again earned a Band 3 ranking in the Litigation: General Commercial category for New York: Upstate.

Goldberg Segalla’s Construction Litigation and Counsel practice group again earned a Band 4 ranking in the Construction category for all of New York State.

Goldberg Segalla’s Global Insurance Services team had a tremendous year, earning rankings in three separate regions. The team achieved a Band 1 ranking in the New York: Upstate region, as well as Band 2 and 3 rankings in North Carolina and Pennsylvania, respectively.

In New York: Upstate, clients highlighted the team’s business-minded approach to complex matters.
