Goldberg Segalla Ranked Among Best Places to Work in New Jersey for 2020
Goldberg Segalla has been named to the 2020 Best Places to Work in New Jersey list by NJ Biz, with a rank of 39th overall among large employers in the state.
Companies ranked on the annual list underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
In addition to the Best Places to Work for in New Jersey honor, Goldberg Segalla has received numerous accolades highlighting its founding principles of teamwork, diversity, and inclusion. It has been named to Fortune magazine’s list of Best Workplaces in New York, and has been named 12 times to the list of Best Places to Work among all large employers in Western New York, where the firm is headquartered. It has ranked among the top 10 employers in both Pennsylvania and Maryland and the top 15 in New Jersey and Florida. It has also been recognized nationally in every year since 2018 as one of the 20 Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services by Fortune and Great Place to Work.
