Goldberg Segalla added Alan Bouchaheen to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Garden City.

Alan focuses his practice on the defense and counsel of insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims. He is involved in all stages of the workers’ compensation claims process from inception through resolution, including conducting depositions, preparing petitions and motions, and negotiating settlements. During law school, Alan gained experience as a legal intern at a New York firm handling civil litigation and criminal defense matters, and as a clinical intern in the bankruptcy clinic at the Touro Law Center.

Alan earned his B.A. at St. Francis College and his J.D. at the Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
