Goldberg Segalla added Alexandra L. Cohen to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Manhattan.

Alexandra counsels and defends insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. She is involved in every stage of the workers’ compensation claims process from beginning to end, including discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trials. Alexandra draws on experience working in private practice in a New York firm’s real estate finance department, assisting with residential and commercial purchase and refinance loan transactions. As a legal intern during law school, she assisted in the preparation of closing documents for co-operative apartments, including proprietary lease and sublease agreements and shareholder stock certificates.

Alexandra earned her B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
