Goldberg Segalla Welcomes Attorneys in Newark

Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce that attorneys Gregory B. Gilmore and Rosa D. Forrester have joined its Newark, New Jersey office. The pair bring to the firm a wide range of experience and capabilities.

Greg is a partner and member of the firm’s  General Liability, Employment and Labor, and Business and Commercial Practice Groups and provides strategic advice and counsel to clients facing high-exposure lawsuits, employment claims involving allegations of discrimination and harassments, and employee benefits claims under ERISA. He also handles cases involving arbitration and non-compete agreements, and conducts workplace investigations of discrimination complaints.  A seasoned litigator, Greg — who represents his clients in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as before an array of state and federal administrative agencies — litigates negligence claims involving premises, automobile, professional, and product liability. He is currently serving as president of the Board of Trustees of the Fair Housing Council of Northern New Jersey.

Rosa, who comes aboard as an associate, joins the firm’s General Liability Practice Group, where her practices focuses on the defense of claims alleging construction defect, personal injury, property damage, and more. She also litigates matters involving insurance fraud and insurance coverage disputes. Following law school at Seton Hall University School of Law, Rosa was a clerk for the Honorable James G. Troiano in the Superior Court of New Jersey, where she mediated family and matrimonial law disputes, drafted court orders, and prepared disposition recommendations. She also participated in Seton Hall’s Partners for Women and Justice pro bono program and was a member of the Family Law Clinic.
