Goldberg Segalla added Bradley E. Michalowski to the firm’s Product Liability practice group in Chicago.

Brad represents manufacturers of consumer products, automotive products, and food and beverage products in product liability and other complex civil litigation matters. He supports clients through all stages of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and resolution. Brad has extensive experience analyzing evidentiary documents – including contracts, medical records and digital communications — to evaluate liability, causation, and damages. He has assisted in the preparation of matters involving significant personal injury claims. Brad also draws from his experience working on commercial litigation involving real estate disputes, business disputes, and collections-related claims, handling court appearances, preparing legal memoranda, and supporting clients in state court proceedings.

Brad earned his B.A. from the Marquette University Klinger College of Arts and Sciences and his J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
