Bradley E. Michalowski concentrates his practice on product liability matters, leveraging his strength in analyzing technical evidence, managing extensive discovery, and working on significant personal injury matters. He represents manufacturers of consumer, automotive, and food and beverage products, supporting clients through all stages of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and resolution. Brad has extensive experience reviewing evidentiary materials—such as contracts, medical records, and digital communications—to evaluate liability, causation, and damages.

Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Brad handled a variety of commercial litigation matters involving real estate disputes, business disputes, and collections-related claims, preparing legal memoranda, and supporting clients in state court proceedings. While earning his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Brad gained practical litigation experience as a law clerk in private practice, where he assisted with drafting pleadings, discovery requests, mediation materials, medical summaries, and deposition summaries.
