Goldberg Segalla added Daniel T. Sanchez to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in St. Louis.

Dan maintains a focus on workers’ compensation matters, representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators throughout Missouri and Illinois. He has defended workers’ compensation claims at all stages, from initial filing to appellate oral argument. In addition to having more than eight years of experience handling workers’ compensation matters, Dan has also defended general litigation cases involving auto accidents, homeowner liability, and civil rights violations. Before joining private practice, he served as an assistant state’s attorney in the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office, Child Support Division.

Dan earned his B.A. from St. Louis University and his J.D. from the Northern Illinois University College of Law.
