Experience
Daniel T. Sanchez maintains a focus on workers’ compensation matters, representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators throughout Missouri and Illinois. Dan has defended workers’ compensation claims at all stages, from initial filing to appellate oral argument. In addition to having more than eight years of experience handling workers’ compensation matters, he has also defended general litigation cases involving auto accidents, homeowner liability, and civil rights violations.
Before joining private practice, Dan served as an assistant state’s attorney in the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office, Child Support Division.
