Goldberg Segalla added Jennifer B. Pan to the firm’s Worker’s Compensation group in Manhattan.
Jennifer is a skilled litigation attorney who has focused on workers’ compensation law for more than 15 years. She is a strong advocate for insurance carriers, employers, and third-party administrators at workers’ compensation hearings, depositions and trials. Jennifer regularly handles direct and cross-examination of medical doctors, lay witnesses and claimants, and conducts oral and written summations before Workers’ Compensation Law Judges. She has extensive experience managing settlement evaluations and agreements. Having handled workers’ compensation cases on the claimant side earlier in her career, Jennifer leverages that experience to develop smart, effective defense plans on behalf of her clients. In addition, she provides proactive counsel to employers and works closely with adjusters to orchestrate case analysis and formulate claims strategies.
Jennifer earned her B.S. at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice and her J.D. at the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
