Jennifer B. Pan is a skilled litigation attorney who has focused on workers’ compensation law for more than 15 years. She is a strong advocate for insurance carriers, employers, and third-party administrators at workers’ compensation hearings, depositions and trials. Jennifer regularly handles direct and cross-examination of medical doctors, lay witnesses and claimants, and conducts oral and written summations before Workers’ Compensation Law Judges.
