Goldberg Segalla added Jonathan D. Mallozzi to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Newark.

Jonathan counsels and defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. He has represented clients before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. Jonathan handles every stage of the litigation process from inception through resolution, including conducting depositions, settlement negotiations, mediations, and preparation of petitions and motions. He draws on experience as a contract attorney with the New York City Law Department, Tort Division.

Jonathan earned his bachelor’s degree from Baruch College and his juris doctor from Rutgers Law School.
