Jonathan D. Mallozzi counsels and defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. He has represented clients before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. Jonathan handles every stage of the claims process from inception through resolution, including conducting depositions, settlement negotiations, mediations, and preparation of petitions and motions. He draws on experience as a contract attorney with the New York City Law Department Tort Division.
