Goldberg Segalla added associate Katiana V. Rodriguez to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Manhattan.

Katiana focuses her practice on counseling and defending insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in a variety of workers’ compensation matters. She assists clients with all stages of litigation from inception through resolution. Katiana draws on previous experience as in-house counsel at multinational luxury fashion holding company, where she handled a broad spectrum of employment and litigation matters.

Katiana earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and her juris doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she gained experience as articles editor for the Journal of Technology Law and Policy.
