Kevin draws on more than 15 years of experience in the defense and counsel of insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in complex workers’ compensation claims. He has extensive experience handling workers’ compensation bench trials, motion hearings and pretrial conferences, and representing clients in jury trials and arbitrations. Since 2014, Kevin has been a member of the Society of the New York Workers’ Compensation Bar Association and currently serves as president of its Board of Directors. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Irish American Bar Association of New York.
Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston College and his juris doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. Throughout law school, he gained experience as an intern in the New York Supreme Court and as a law assistant in the Office of the Nassau Country Attorney.
