Goldberg Segalla added associate Kirsten E. Cunningham to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Hartford.

Kirsten counsels and defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in all types of workers’ compensation claims. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of New Haven and her juris doctor at Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she was a fellow for the Oxford University Consortium on Human Rights and a member of the CBA Committee on Human Trafficking. While attending law school, she worked as an intern with the Civil Justice Legal Clinic, where she researched and drafted memorandum for cases involving immigration law, family law, and human trafficking. She also gained experience as an intern with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Criminal Division.
