Goldberg Segalla added Richard L. LaRose Jr. to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Albany.

Rick dedicates his practice to counseling and defending insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in complex workers’ compensation matters throughout New York. For more than 20 years, he has managed all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, conducting hearings before the New York State Workers Compensation Board, negotiating settlements and drafting settlement agreements, and litigating appeals before the Supreme Court, Appellate Division and Workers’ Compensation Board of Commissioners.

Rick earned his B.A. from St. Lawrence University and his J.D. from the Western New England University School of Law.
