Richard L. LaRose Jr. dedicates his practice to counseling and defending insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in complex workers’ compensation matters throughout New York. For more than 20 years, Rick has managed all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, conducting hearings before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, negotiating settlements and drafting settlement agreements, and litigating appeals before the Supreme Court, Appellate Division and Workers’ Compensation Board of Commissioners.
