Goldberg Segalla has added Rochelle T. Jean-Baptiste to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Manhattan.

Rochelle represents employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters and defends them in litigation before the New York Workers’ Compensation Board. She draws on a broad background handling a range of workers’ compensation, civil and environmental litigation, and employment and labor matters throughout New York and Toronto. An active community volunteer, Rochelle has worked with the United Nations Association in Canada Toronto Branch and the African Partnership Against Aids and HIV.

Rochelle earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from York University and her juris doctor from the University of Ottawa.
