Goldberg Segalla added Serenity Eller to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Orlando.

Serenity counsels and defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. She is engaged in all aspects of the claims process from referral through closure, including legal assessment, discovery, hearings, trials, mediations, and appeals. Serenity’s experience also includes employment law, having represented clients in response to investigations by federal and state agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Florida Commission on Human Relations. While attending law school, Serenity gained experience as a legal intern for a sports management agency, reviewing athletes’ contracts and other business transactions, and as a judicial intern for the Hon. Judge Gisela T. Laurent, where she researched issues and observed hearings and trials in family law cases.

Serenity earned her B.A. from the University of West Florida and her J.D. from the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.
