Experience
Serenity Eller counsels and defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. She is engaged in all aspects of the claims process from referral through closure, including legal assessment, discovery, hearings, trials, mediations, and appeals. Serenity’s experience also includes employment law, having represented clients in response to investigations by federal and state agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Florida Commission on Human Relations.
While attending law school, Serenity gained experience as a legal intern for a sports management agency, reviewing athletes’ contracts and other business transactions. She served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Judge Gisela T. Laurent, researching issues and observing hearings and trials in family law cases. Serenity also has prior experience working as a law clerk and as a paralegal.
