Goldberg Segalla Welcomes Three Partners to Trucking, Workers’ Compensation, and Professional Liability Practices in Princeton Office

Goldberg Segalla welcomes partners Thomas M. Crino, Peter H. Bach, and Jonathan L. Berkowitz to its Princeton office. Joining the firm’s Trucking, Management and Professional Liability, Health Care and Long-Term Care, General Liability, and Workers’ Compensation practices, these partners significantly increase the firm’s ability to serve new and existing clients across the state and beyond.

Tom joins the firm’s Trucking Practice Group. With more than two decades of experience representing Fortune 50 companies, insurers, and individuals, he focuses his practice on the defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims, property damage recovery, life insurance claims, and a variety of business and commercial litigation, including disputes over contracts and the sale of goods and services.

Peter joins the Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. A proven trial attorney with almost four decades of experience representing clients in state, federal, and administrative courts, he focuses his practice on counseling and defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in a variety of workers’ compensation cases, including claims for emergent relief and Second Injury Fund litigation.

Jon joins the Management and Professional Liability, Health Care, Long-Term Care, General Liability, and Trucking Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on defending home health care agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, substance abuse rehabilitation providers, medical transportation providers, day- and child-care facilities, trucking companies, transportation providers, and construction companies in matters involving management and professional liability. His practice regularly involves defending clients against catastrophic injury claims as well as wrongful death litigation.
