Tim focuses his practice on the defense and counsel of insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in complex workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability claims. His practice includes all stages of the workers’ compensation claims process, from the initial evaluation of a claim through defense preparation, witness and expert depositions, and hearings, as well as drafting and negotiating favorable settlements for his clients.
Tim received his bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University and his juris doctor from the Widener University School of Law. He has held a variety of internships in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. He also gained experience as an extern in the Widener University Civil Law Clinic and as a law clerk in the Office of Disability of the Social Security Administration.
