Goldberg Segalla added Viktoriia R. Protsyk to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Hartford.  

Viktoriia counsels and defends insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. She is involved in every stage of the workers’ compensation process, from the initial evaluation of a claim through resolution, including conducting depositions, settlement negotiations, mediations, and preparation of petitions and motions. Viktoriia draws on experience handling corporate and residential real estate, estate planning, probate, family and elder law, and insurance-related matters.  

Viktoriia earned her B.A. from Central Connecticut State University and her J.D. from the Western New England University School of Law.
